Awesome Executive Image provides professional transportation services, including but not limited to: West Side Bar Hop Shuttle Private SUV Transportation Stretch Limousine Service Airport Transportation Event Transportation Corporate Transportation Wedding & Prom Transportation Special Event Transportation.
Availability may vary depending on scheduling, vehicle availability, weather conditions, and service area.
2. Reservations
Reservations may be made through our website, by telephone, or through other approved booking methods.A reservation is not considered confirmed until payment or any required deposit has been successfully received and confirmed.
Awesome Executive Image reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations due to vehicle availability, scheduling conflicts, unsafe conditions, or other operational circumstances.
3. Pricing
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.Current pricing displayed on our website or confirmed during booking will apply at the time a reservation is made.
Additional fees may apply for: Extended mileage Additional waiting time Special requests Changes requested after booking Damage to vehicles Cleaning fees when necessary
4. Passenger ConductFor the safety and comfort of all passengers, customers agree to: Follow all driver instructions. Wear seat belts when available. Treat drivers and other passengers respectfully.
Refrain from illegal activity. Avoid damaging vehicles or equipment.
Awesome Executive Image reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger: Becomes violent or abusive. Engages in illegal activity. Threatens the safety of others. Causes significant damage to the vehicle.
Refuses to comply with reasonable driver instructions.
No refunds will be issued when service is terminated due to passenger misconduct.
5. Alcohol & Illegal SubstancesPassengers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.Illegal drugs and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited in all Awesome Executive Image vehicles.
Drivers reserve the right to refuse transportation when necessary to maintain safety and legal compliance.
6. Pickup & Arrival TimesAwesome Executive Image makes every reasonable effort to operate on schedule.However, pickup and arrival times are estimates and may be affected by: Traffic Weather Road closures Accidents Construction Special events Other circumstances beyond our controlWe cannot guarantee exact pickup or arrival times.
7. Vehicle CapacityCustomers agree not to exceed the legal passenger capacity of any vehicle.Passenger limits are established for safety and must be followed at all times
8. Cancellations & RefundsCancellation and refund requests are governed by the Awesome Executive Image Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.Customers are encouraged to review that policy before making reservations.
